You have two ways to register for the Alberta Gift Fair:
Note: If you have attended the Alberta Gift Fair in the past, a custom pre-registration form including your login reference number will be sent to you by mail and/or email.
After registering, you will receive confirmation by fax or email within two weeks to let you know whether your badge will be delivered to you by mail prior to the fair or held for pick-up at the advance registration desk. A ‘pending’ registration indicates further identification/documentation is required. For more information regarding registration confirmations, please call 800.750.1967.
Business and Buyer Qualifications
Since this a trade-only event, all attendees must qualify to attend. Two forms of identification must be provided: one showing your company is a gift-industry retailer and another showing you are an employee of this company.
Every registrant must provide his/her own buyer ID. Registration requests submitted without proper identification cannot be processed (handwritten IDs are not acceptable) and we reserve the right to request additional business identification if necessary.

The Alberta Gift Fair is accessible to all visitors. Wheelchairs and other mobility aids can be rented from Eco Medical Equipment, 780.483.6232. Support persons who accompany registered visitors are welcomed into the fair and must show personal ID to obtain an entrance badge. A visitor accompanied by a guide/service dog or animal will be allowed access to premises that are open to the public unless otherwise excluded by law.
