Advertise | How to Submit Editorial
Great marketing plans include investing in advertising and seeking out publicity. Fortunately, Retail News and Retail News Now! offer both.
Retail News and Retail News Now! devote a significant number of pages to the latest introductions. In fact, every year the publication features products from hundreds of companies. This free editorial coverage is a great addition to advertising investments. While there's no guarantee your products will be featured, there is a good chance you'll receive coverage if you send us your stuff!
HOW TO SUBMIT EDITORIAL TO RETAIL NEWS
1. Send a maximum of five products, packaged in one box/envelope. Please do not send anything over 30" high or 30" wide.
2. Send product/samples to:
Retail News Editorial
3. Provide a list of the items with as many of the following details as possible: product name, description (materials used, dimensions), retail or wholesale prices, and if it's eco-friendly, handmade, Canadian-made, fairtrade or supports a charity.
4. If you need your items returned, tell us in writing and include a completed courier waybill. If you would like to use Canpar's pick-up service, let us know in writing and we'll contact you when your items are ready. Please note: Retail News does not cover the costs for return shipping.
Note: Without exception, only new products which match the issue theme and which arrive at the editorial office (see above address) by the editorial deadline date will be considered. There is no charge if your product or news appears; however, the inclusion of items is not guaranteed and left to the discretion of editorial staff.
