David Scott has been ShipTime and Paid Inc’s COO since 2020. Prior, he served as the Director of Technology, since joining the company in 2017. David leads the Department and IT teams from requirements through to implementation while supporting Sales, Marketing & Customer Success. He is a passionate leader with a track record of success through building, managing, and motivating his teams. David has envisioned and managed the redesign and architecture of new platforms from the ground up across multiple industries: Transportation, Fintech, and e-Commerce. David has completed courses in Computer Science at both Mohawk College and McMaster University.
